West Vancouver Year End 2013

West Vancouver ended up as an average year for 2013. In total there were 781 sales for 2013, compared to 608 for the year 2012 and 1166 for the year 2011 (2011 being one of our strongest years on record). The median price for West Vancouver in 2013 was $1,900,000, compared to $1,850,000 for 2012 and $1,780,000 in 2011. The average price was $2,327,025 for 2013, compared to $2,345,565 for 2012 and $2,178,983 for 2011. In total 1780 homes were listed for sale for 2013, compared to 1702 for 2012 and 1975 for 2011.

While the average and median prices have raised a little compared to the previous years, the amount of units listed and sold remained quite average. We look to continue this trend into 2014.
