North Vancouver 2012 Stats

North Vancouver had a market change but not as drastic as West Vancouver. Gross sales were down 18% from $1,237,053,053 in 2011 to $1,002,778,041 in 2012. Total units listed were actually up 4% from 1,799 to 1,879. By the end of the year though, sales had dropped 22% from 1,191 in 2011 to 920 in 2012. These stats include detached housing in North Vancouver.
